TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The legislation of the Republic of Latvia requires that the owner of an online store define the terms of delivery, returns, and the right of withdrawal. Such provisions constitute a distance contract in accordance with Cabinet of Ministers regulations.


Distance Contract

The Buyer places an order for goods through this website by indicating the type and quantity of goods to be purchased. The Buyer may make payment by paying the invoice prepared by the Seller and sent to the Buyer by email. The invoice is issued electronically and is valid without a signature.

The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver the goods to the Buyer in accordance with the Buyer’s order.


Delivery and Payment Terms

The Buyer places an order for goods through this website by indicating the type and quantity of goods to be purchased. The Buyer may make payment by paying the invoice prepared by the Seller and sent to the Buyer by email. The invoice is issued electronically and is valid without a signature.

The Seller ensures delivery of the goods within 10 days from the receipt of payment.

If You do not receive the invoice by email within 3 business days after placing the order, please contact us.

By entering the required information when placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree that the provided personal data will be used so that the Seller can accept the order and deliver the goods in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Latvia.

By submitting the information, the Buyer agrees that notifications related to the processing of the Buyer’s order will be sent to the email address provided.


Dispute Resolution Procedure

In matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the Buyer and the Seller shall comply with the laws and regulations in force in the Republic of Latvia.

All disputes arising between the Seller and the Buyer shall be resolved through mutual negotiations or written correspondence. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be settled in a court of the Republic of Latvia in accordance with Latvian legislation.

Disputes between the Buyer (consumer) and the Seller may also be submitted to the Consumer Rights Protection Centre or to the courts of the Republic of Latvia.

The Buyer also has the right to refer disputes to the dispute resolution bodies of the European Union.


Intellectual Property

All content of the website (including graphic materials, text, videos, photographs, data compilations, software, and website layout) is the property of Santa Reiņikova (SantasArt) and is protected by the laws of the Republic of Latvia and applicable international intellectual property laws.
