All orders are shipped via parcel locker services.

  • Delivery within Latvia: flat rate EUR 3

  • Delivery to Lithuania and Estonia via Omniva: flat rate EUR 8

Delivery fees apply regardless of the shipment’s weight or size. Please note that prices may vary slightly depending on the chosen parcel locker provider.

Before completing your purchase, please ensure that all delivery information is correct (especially your phone number) to guarantee successful delivery.

Payment

When placing an order, You may choose fast and convenient payment via one of the available online banking options: Swedbank, SEB, Citadele, Luminor, Revolut, N26.

RETURN POLICY

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods by sending a written notice of withdrawal to the Seller.

Goods may be returned only if they are in the same condition and original packaging as received.

Return shipping is free of charge; however, the Buyer assumes full responsibility for the goods until they are received by the Seller. If the goods have been used, damaged, or broken, the refund will not be issued.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer may not exercise the right of withdrawal if:

  • the goods were manufactured specifically for the Buyer according to an individual order; or

  • the Buyer has used the goods.

If You discover defects caused during delivery (scratches, cracks, tears, etc.), You have the right to refuse the goods immediately. In such cases, shipping costs are covered by the Seller.

By entering the required information when placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree that their personal data will be used so that the Seller may accept the order and deliver the goods in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Latvia.

By submitting the information, the Buyer agrees that notifications related to the processing of the order will be sent to the provided email address.
