To keep your wooden trays and other products beautiful and long-lasting, proper care is essential.

1. Cleaning
✅ Wash with warm water and mild soap.
✅ Wipe with a soft cloth and allow to dry completely.
❌ Do not place in the dishwasher (may crack or warp).
❌ Do not soak in water (wood may absorb moisture and swell).

2. Protection and Maintenance
✅ Regularly oil with natural food-safe oils (coconut, linseed, mineral oil, or beeswax). This protects from moisture and extends the tray’s lifespan.
✅ Apply a thin layer of oil, let it soak in for a few hours, then wipe off the excess with a clean cloth.
✅ Repeat oiling monthly or when the wood starts to look dry.

3. Treating Stains

• Grease stains – sprinkle with salt or baking soda, let absorb, then wipe off.

• Dark stains – rub with lemon juice and baking soda, leave for a few minutes, then rinse.

4. Storage
✅ Store in a dry place, away from direct sunlight (prevents fading and warping).
✅ Avoid storing near radiators or damp areas, as wood can crack or develop mold.
